harbor landmark that connects to Seattle's go-green values.
The best viewing will be from Myrtle Edwards Park, West Seattle, Belltown, Downtown
and from boats on Elliott Bay.
This lighting narrative concept
will be implemented in 2011 at
another site-hopefully the Rainier
Tower pedestal in downtown
Seattle.
