MISSION

to promote and educate the public about the arts and sciences and to enrich cultural life

in Seattle by creating, managing and promoting a free, public light festival. 

VISION

Northern Lights Northwest envisions Emerald City Nights attracting hundreds of thousands of people to its unique light festival annually, over time; generating tens of millions of dollars in cultural and commercial revenue for Seattle and the State of Washington.
